International Women's Day Sip & Paint @ The General Collective

Celebrate International Women's Day in a unique and empowering way at our special art workshop! 

Join us for a painting experience that embraces the essence of body positivity and self-love.  

 

This workshop is designed to foster a sense of confidence and comfort in your own skin, allowing participants to express their individuality through the medium of body art on canvas. Our talented and supportive artists will guide you through the process, creating a safe and inclusive space where every woman can feel beautiful and empowered.  

Unleash your creativity, honour your body, and join us in a celebration of diversity and self-expression. Let your inner strength shine through as you paint your canvas with pride on this International Women's Day! 

What do you need to do: 

Send us a pic of your body for us to pre-sketch onto the canvas (submit it on purchase of your ticket)

Knee-to-neck shot from any angle, with as much or as little clothing as you feel comfortable with (we suggest something like our reference painting!)

We will do the rest! 

End up with a beautifully empowering painting celebrating your body!

The important stuff - 

• Date: Friday, 8th March
• Time: 6.30pm start
• Location: our studio - The General Collective (580 Beaufort Street, Mt Lawley)
• Tickets: $95 + BF
• What your ticket includes: All art materials (including an apron!), step-by-step tuition by our professional art tutor, your photo pre-sketched onto your canvas, complimentary glasses of bubbly on arrival, gourmet grazing, and your very own custom bodyscape to take home at the end!

Venue information:

• Our studio is BYO-friendly, so if you want to sneak some cheeky snacks or drinks in with you, you are more than welcome to do so! All wine glasses and cutlery will be provided.
• There is free street parking on Clarence St (side street) or paid parking at The City of Vicent St car park.
