International Women's Day - Yoga and Bead Picnic Dip (NSW)

Join us for a morning to celebrate the beauty and power of women this International Women's Day!

We will be taken through a healing flow of sunrise beach yoga with the wonderful Kate from Consciously Evolving followed by a morning of picnic and crafts! Our team have organised a beading workshop/picnic to enjoy a morning of chit chat, laughs and form new relationships! And of course, it wouldn't be a SeaGals Wollongong morning if we didn't end it with an epic "1,2,3 WOOHOO" as we run into the water!

This event will run with a female only playlist so feel free to send through your fav female hits!

Morning Layout:

• Yoga: 6:30am - 7:15am

• Beading/Picnic: 7:15am - 8:15am

• Dipping: 8:15am - 8:45am (This is FREE, you do not need to pay to dip)

• Wrapping up by 9am.
