International Women’s Day Yoga Morning

Join us in for our annual International Women’s Day celebration morning! Start your day with a gentle sunrise yoga class on Currumbin Beach, followed by a delicious breakfast provided. 

Please bring:

• a mat/ towel  

• swimmers 

• sun protection 

*Class is by donation of choice*
As a guide , our weekly community class runs for a cost of $5. 

100% of funds raised will be directed to ‘Teach Us Consent’. This Australian not-for-profit organisation, founded by Chanel Contos, works to eradicate the normalisation of sexual violence, lobbying to include and provide mandatory holistic sexual consent education in the Australian curriculum. As well as tirelessly advocating in all pockets of society, highlighting issues at the roots, while driving for awareness and cultural change on safety, consent and respect. Chanel was named NSW Young Woman of the Year 2023 and has achieved remarkable changes through parliament already since the conversation began in 2021.
