International Women’s Day 2020, #EachforEqual

An equal world is an enabled world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women's achievements.

Join The SHIFT project for our annual International Womens Day Lunch at Elements of Byron to celebrate our 5th Birthday and raise money to help empower homeless women in the battle to regain their lives.

This event is our annual fundraiser for The SHIFT Project and is the cornerstone to our continued success in helping women transition from disadvantage to empowerment. Our 12-week program of counselling, work experience, education and support has a tremendous success rate of over 90%.

Our fabulous MC’s will keep us all entertained and will manage our live auctions and raffles.

We are thrilled to have on our panel this year, Mandy Nolan, Comedian, Journalist, Author, Teacher and Activist; Anne Goslett, The SHIFT Project MD and founder; Delta Kay, Arakwal Bumberbin and Bundjalung woman who is passionate about sharing culture and protecting country.

Caroline Glanville Jones, International expert on culture and leadership transformation, will share her insights on resilience and will moderate the panel discussion.

There will be an auction and 3 major raffles with incredible prizes including diamond jewellery, dinner cooked by MasterChef 2019 finalist Simon Toohey, Luxury Accommodation at the Northern Beaches and much more, so be ready to dig deep.

Please note tables will be per 10 - you can purchase a table or individual tickets - seating plans will be available on the day. If you are in a group size below 10 you will be sharing a table and making new friends on the day.
