As part of International Women’s Day #IWD2025, we invite you join Everybody NOW! for a special morning tea and creative gathering to launch Threads of Belonging—a new intergenerational, intercultural textile arts project designed to connect women and girls through creativity, storytelling, and community.
Hear from guest speakers and artists as they discuss a world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive, where difference is valued and celebrated. Together, we can forge women's equality.
As part of the event you'll be invited to finger-knit, craft, and connect with local textile artists Tal Fitzpatrick and Melissa Spratt as we celebrate community, creativity, and belonging.
You'll also find out more about our 12 week free creative project for the Northern Gold Coast called Threads of Belonging and enjoy a free morning tea.
