Art of Living Sydney in collaboration with Consulate General of India celebrates the 10th International Day of Yoga on 22nd June

Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, Music..... it's all free.

Come and celebrate this special day with fellow yogis in-person and attend with friends and family at Indian Consulate Office, Sydney

Free yoga mats (limited availability, first come first served).

Here are a few points to help you have a great experience:

1. We would encourage you to use public transport.

2. Wear comfortable clothes.

3. Bring your yoga mat. You might also want to bring your bottle of water.

4. Be there at 11 am so that you don't miss any of the fun.

5. Feel free to bring along your friends/family.
