Event description

We acknowledge that this event takes place on stolen land belonging to the Gadigal peoples of the Eora nation. We recognise its true custodians, and pay respect to those that have passed before us and acknowledge today’s Aboriginal people as the custodians of this land. This land has been in the generation of Gadigal custodians before us and will be for thousands of years to come. Indigenous sovereignty was never ceded, this always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

Honey Point, Planet Trip Records and 107 Projects present INTERPLANETARY PLEASURES at Vivid Sydney 2022 — a day-time dance party in a rare and rustic Eveleigh location, inspired by the bubbling local jazz scene.

Pioneers and integral members of the city’s jazz and electronic music scenes, join artists and young improvisers for bespoke performances. They’ll take you on a journey from high to soft energy, light to dark moments, elation to introspection through Sydney’s multi-faceted musical landscape. Let the sound be your guide.
