InterPlay December Workshop!

Greetings!

Mark your calendars for the final InterPlay session of the year, happening on Saturday, December 14th! 🌟My intention for this session is to create a space where we ground ourselves and connect with others from that grounded place. With the festive season just around the corner, let’s rediscover what it means to celebrate both ourselves and one another :)

InterPlay is a playful and inclusive practice that invites us to connect with our body-wisdom, use witnessing as a powerful tool, and open doors to creativity and community art.

This session is open to all levels :)
