You have the experience. Can you communicate it when the opportunity arrives?

Many professionals struggle to speak about their experience with the same confidence and clarity they bring to their work.

You may know that you can do the job, yet find it difficult to choose the right examples, explain your achievements or show that you are ready for greater responsibility.

Mindset can also become a barrier. Self-doubt, overthinking and discomfort with talking about your contribution can weaken how you present yourself, even when your experience is strong.

This live online workshop will help you prepare for interviews and career conversations more strategically, so you can communicate the value you bring and make a stronger case for the opportunities you want next.

What we will cover

1. Preparing stronger interview examples

Learn how to:

- Identify the strongest evidence from your experience.

- Choose examples that connect directly with the role.

- Structure your answers so they are clear and relevant.

- Explain your contribution rather than only describing the team’s work.

- Demonstrate judgement, capability and readiness.

2. Communicating your value with confidence

Learn how to:

- Speak about your achievements without feeling as though you are bragging.

- Move beyond generic claims about being hardworking or passionate.

- Explain the value of your experience in language employers understand.

- Respond when you do not have the exact experience requested.

- Manage self-doubt and overthinking before important conversations.

3. Positioning yourself for career progression

- Connect your current experience with the level you want to reach.
