This Free evet is for anyone who is struggling with interviews because of their neurodiverse beautiful mind.

This is a taster of one of our main programmes designed to help participants become: More confident, prepared and empowered interview candidates

On the 18th September this session will be a targeted 1 hour to go through some of the main principles for candidates who identify as neurodiverse (with or without a formal diagnosis) and how to equip and empower them for a more positive interview experience to support better outcomes towards employment.

The Empowered Interview Programme helps participants understand the interview process and develop practical strategies that work for them. There is also a variation for carers or employers who want to create more neurodiverse environments for employment, as well as a joint session which incorporate both angles.

The goal is not to change who someone is. It is to help them recognise their value, communicate their strengths and enter interviews feeling prepared and empowered.
