Intimacy & Eros invites you into an evening of intentional connection practices that move beyond shame and widen your skills in the realms of interpersonal intimacy.

Centered around concepts of the Wheel of Consent come along and deepen your relationship to touch as a form of non-sexual intimacy that benefits every area of your life.

OVER 4 EXPERIENTIAL HRS YOU WILL BE GUIDED TO:

Tune into your own body as you build and refine your awareness of self intimacy
Practice how you communicate and connect with others through intentional touch practices
Explore the energies of giving and receiving through your body
Practice using your voice while expressing your desires and needs
Learn to identify a yes and no in your body
Attune to and enhance subtle pleasure sensations
Begin to re-pattern your relationship to intimacy, eros and pleasure

This workshop explores intimacy that goes beyond attraction.

It provides foundational tools which enhance connection in ALL areas of your intimate, romantic and erotic life making it suitable for people of all skill levels.

This is a fully clothed rotational workshop. There is no nudity or genital touch.

Open to singles and couples of all sexual orientations — participation is always optional.

Couples are welcome to work exclusively together if they prefer.

This evening is a prerequisite for my more advanced erotic offerings.

We commence by 6.15pm SHARP.

We officially conclude by 9.45pm

Afterwards we will share some light refreshments.

Bree has spent 26 years immersed in the fields of psychosomatics, trauma, embodiment and adult relationships and is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, their desire and their capacity for deep intimacy.

A trauma-informed Clinical Hypnotherapist & qualified Embodiment facilitator, she has studied with world class teachers Michaela Boehm & John Wineland, along with other experts in embodiment, mysticism and polarity.

With over 15 years of group facilitation experience, Bree is known for her seamless, body-led approach and potent ritual spaces.

A devoted yogi, tantrica and ecstatic dance lover, she walks the path she teaches. Bree is a leader in the field of Embodied Intimacy, Eros and Sacred Union in Australia teaching in-person in Brisbane and online.
