Intimacy & Eros | Summer Edition

We all crave intimacy in our lives... but tend to rely on spontaneous occurrences of it, unaware that cultivating genuine intimacy is a skill we need to acquire and also practice.

Like riding a bike, the more we practice, the more adept we get until these skills become easy, effortless, even natural. And from this place, our depth of connection with other humans becomes truly masterful.

Intimacy & Eros is an evening of intentional connection practices that explore the realms of consent around our erotic nature.

Join others as you practice cultivating and sharing your heart, your vulnerability and your desires though various touch practices. Explore your relationship to touch as a form of non-sexual intimacy, observe where you speak your truth, your yes, your no and what feels good for you - all using the Wheel of Consent.

A highly experiential evening this introductory workshop is suitable for people of all skill levels, and offers a place to practice how you show up in your intimate relationships,

OVER 4 HRS YOU WILL BE GUIDED TO

• Tune into your own body as you build and refine your awareness of self intimacy

• Practice and refine how you communicate and connect with others through the heart and body

• Explore giving and receiving intentional touch that is both platonic and erotic

• Embody and dance with the quadrants of the Wheel of Consent as you explore touch that is for you, or for them

• Practice using your voice in the realms of consent, while expressing your desires

• Learn how to identify a Yes or No in your body

• Learn and practice nervous system regulation strategies

Enter the realms of intimacy that are beyond attraction and sex, yet provide foundational tools to enhance more connection in all areas of your romantic and erotic life.

This is fully clothed rotational workshop; there is no nudity or genital touch. 

Open to both couples and singles, humans of all sexual leanings are welcome at this evening.

Please bring your own water bottle & some healthy snacks to share in the closing circle. 

These are foundational practices that almost everyone needs to acquire. As such this event is a PRE-REQUISITE before you can join many of my more advanced erotic offerings such as Smoulder and Temple of Desire.
