INTIMACY LAB #2: DESIRE & DISCERNMENT
What is your desire telling you? Do you think you can get it or is it out of reach? Do you think you deserve it? Do you think it's wrong or mistaken? Is it too much? Are you afraid of opening the floodgates of insatiability? How do you cope with these intense feelings?

What is the power of "No"? What happens if I change my mind midway through? What's the relationship between fear and desire?

These are some of the questions we'll be exploring in this lab. We'll experiment with some embodied tools to help us with desire, fear and discernment. We'll also do some writing, arts and craft.

The first four in-person intimacy labs will be held at the Leela Centre in Sydney exploring these topics:

FREEDOM PLAY
The last half-hour of each lab will be an optional practise space where those who choose to stay can practise what they have learned in the lab. The practice can be partnered. For example, those trained in orgasmic meditation can do two OMs. The practice can also be solo. For example, conscious witnessing or self-pleasuring.

ONLINE COMMUNITY
Those who have attended a lab will receive a complimentary two-month membership to a private paid online community where we will continue the conversations, make additional resources available, offer "homework" and "real life" projects as well as explore and connect with people all over the world.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
Oliver has decades of meditation and embodiment practices under his belt. He has been and continues to regularly practise orgasmic meditation with women from around the world since 2014. He studied at the Australian Film Radio & Television School earning a graduate certificate in webisodes.

Oliver is admitted to practice law in New South Wales, Australia and has worked as a corporate lawyer for a number of years. He holds degrees in Product Design, Creative Intelligence & Innovation, Juris Doctor, Master of Law, and Management Economics.

Louise will be assisting Oliver in the first four labs in this series. Louise has in the past worked in the area of psychology primarily with children. More recently she has performed administrative roles across various projects in the not-for-profit sector. At present, she works as a patient care coordinator in the clinical services department of a mental health research organisation.

Louise is interested to experiment with electronic music production. She is involved with street cat and kitten rescue. She has a strong interest in the dynamics of emotional abuse. Louise has been around conscious relating environments for many years. She has been and continues to practise orgasmic meditation practice since 2016.
