Intimacy Lab #4 Beyond Expectations
Event description
INTIMACY LAB #4: BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
Do you begin with the end in mind? How do you become aware of your blind spots? Can you sit with the discomfort of negative feedback? Can you fully receive a compliment and not deflect it? When does authenticity become ass-holery? Can empathy be weaponised?
These are some of the questions we'll be exploring in this lab. We'll experiment with some shadow work, and tools to expand our capacity to hold and regulate our neuro-weather.
ABOUT THE ORGASMIC LIFE INTIMACY LAB SERIES
We invite you to join us as we explore principles, practices & technologies of intimacy & sexuality that enhance our sovereignty and expand our capacity to experience life in all its contradictions & complexity.
Our fervent desire is for you to take the embodied learnings from these labs and apply them to the rest of your life: family, friends, work, community and the planet.
