We all crave intimacy in our lives... but learning to cultivate it is actually a very specific skillset we need to acquire and then refine.

From offering intentional attuned touch, to vulnerable shares to speaking our desires, true intimacy is something we need to get comfortable expressing. Like riding a bike, the more we practice, the more adept we get at cultivating both emotional and physical intimacy... until these skills become easy and effortless.

When this happens, the depth of connection we are able to share with other humans becomes truly masterful. This is the purest intention of this evening - to invite you into a higher level awareness of yourself so intimacy in all forms, becomes an effortless artform you can weave.

Intimacy & Eros invites you into intentional connection practices that explore the realms of consent around touch, needs our deeper erotic nature. It invites you to move beyond shame while widening your skillset and confidence in the areas of interpersonal touch.

Join others as you practice sharing your needs, wants and desires though various touch based practices as we explore the Wheel of Consent - a powerful framework for intimate relating through the body. This evening will guide you to deepen your relationship to touch as a form of non-sexual intimacy which will benefit you in all areas of your life.

A highly experiential evening this introductory workshop is suitable for people of all skill levels and offers a place to practice how you show up in your intimate relationships,

OVER 4 EXPERIENTIAL HRS YOU WILL BE GUIDED TO:

• Tune into your own body as you build and refine your awareness of self intimacy

• Practice how you communicate and connect with others through intentional touch practices

• Explore the energies of Giving and Receiving

• Dive into the Wheel of Consent and its four quadrants

• Practice using your voice in the realms of consent, while expressing your desires

• Learn how to identify a Yes or No in your body

• Practice attuning to the subtle pleasure through a relaxed regulated body

• Tend your nervous system through gentle intimacy practices

• Begin to repattern your relationship to intimacy, eros and pleasure

This workshop is about cultivating intentional intimacy that goes beyond attraction and sex, yet provides foundational tools which enhance connection in ALL areas of your intimate, romantic and erotic life.

This is fully clothed rotational workshop; there is no nudity or genital touch. 

Open to both couples and singles, humans of all sexual leanings are welcome at this evening and touch will be explored with all consenting bodies. Participation is always optional, this is a space that encourages Sovereignty and safety over any kind of forcing.

Couples are welcome to work exclusively together if they prefer.

This evening is a PRE-REQUISITE to attending my more advanced erotic offerings. Come and acquire foundational skills and have a wonderful night of intentional connection.

We officially conclude by 9.45pm and will share some light refreshments before you depart.
