We all crave intimacy in our lives... but learning to cultivate it is actually a very specific skillset to acquire and then refine.

From offering intentional attuned touch, to vulnerable shares or speaking our desires, true intimacy is something we can all benefit from refining. Like riding a bike, the more we practice the more adept we become until these skills feel easy, natural and effortless. When this happens, the depth of connection we can share with others becomes truly masterful.

Intimacy & Eros invites you into an evening of connection practices that guide you to move beyond shame and widen your skills in the realms of inter-personal intimacy.

Centered around concepts of the Wheel of Consent come along and deepen your relationship to touch as a form of non-sexual intimacy that benefits every area of your life.

"Bree's solid clear container bought me so much safety and calm - even while exploring my edges, desire and eros. There was so much fun, excitement and growth in each experience and practice."

“I attended this workshop with low expectations but with an open mind. Real, deep emotional intimacy has always been a struggle for me - it feels too vulnerable, so I have avoided it at all costs. I came to this session to find out if this is just how I am, or if I can change. The format and Bree’s delivery made me feel comfortable enough to participate and see what was possible.

I learned that there are ways for others to connect with me, and me with them. I learned that instead of running away from intimacy, I can negotiate it to be comfortable for me. I learned that once I feel safe, I can push myself further. In this one session, I learned that I am not broken!! A thousands thank you's for awakening this understanding in myself.”

~ Anna M

"Bree created and held a wonderfully connective, safe and open space through which she masterfully delivered the gift and practices on heart led intimacy. I really appreciated her ability to hold the space for a wide dynamic of people & cultivate a loving nurturing experience. I would happily recommend her for anyone feeling a curious nudge."

~ Chase, Heart-Led intimacy

"In a world of self-proclaimed Instagram gurus, Bree's down to earth facilitation is incredibly relieving. She marries warmth with clear, respectful direction in the instruction of simple, short processes ... Leaving me with a feeling of safety and the invitation to be fully myself and explore who I am moment to moment in each new offering.

Embodied relational skills are what we desperately need to cultivate in these times, I'm so glad to see someone with such tenderness passionately making this available for groups to come together and explore."
