The address for Phoenix Central Park is 49 O'Connor St, Chippendale, NSW 2008.

Please arrive between 6:00pm and 6:20pm for this very special performance. If you're late, you won't be able to get past the front gate.

Note that there will be a combination of seats and standing room for attendees.

The Phoenix is a special space, and we ask that you respect the building, performers, staff and other patrons.

If you are unable to make the show, please cancel through the Manage Tickets option on Humantix or email contact@phoenixcentralpark.com.au - please note, if you stand up the Phoenix (you claim a ticket and do not attend) you will not get another date with the Phoenix.

Phoenix has a "No Dickhead" policy - if you act inappropriately you will be plucked from the nest and escorted off the premises.

No food or drink is permitted inside the Phoenix.

If it's raining, you'll need to leave your umbrella/raincoat outside.

Covid regulations are as follows:

Face masks must be worn for the duration of the performance and within all public areas of the venue. Please bring your own face mask with you, or, if necessary, we can provide one on entry to the venue.
Hand sanitiser will be available at main entry points and throughout the Phoenix.
In the event that another patron must move past you to enter or exit a row of seats, we recommend that you face away until the patron has passed.

Guests are not permitted to enter if they:

Are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever);
Have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious);
Are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
Reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
Have returned from international or interstate (where relevant) travel and failed to observe the government requirement to quarantine for 14 days.

Guests who are not subject to any of the above conditions for exclusion must be willing and able to agree to the following requirements to:

Leave the site immediately if they become unwell, after notifying a staff member;
At all times, maintain social distancing measures (as per the NSW Health guidelines) with respect to other visitors and staff;
Maintain good personal hand hygiene by washing their hands regularly and thoroughly and/or using hand sanitiser;
Maintain good respiratory hygiene by coughing or sneezing into their elbow or a tissue, and then disposing of tissues immediately;

Guest must respond accurately to the following questions if asked by staff:

Are you or anyone you live with currently undergoing testing or awaiting results for the COVID-19 virus?
Have you or anyone you live with tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and have not been medically cleared as non-contagious?
Do you have any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever)?
