The address for Phoenix Central Park is 49 O'Connor St, Chippendale, NSW 2008.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the show for this very special performance. If you're late, you won't be able to get past the front gate.

If you are unable to make the show, please cancel through the Manage Tickets option on Humantix or email contact@phoenixcentralpark.com.au - please note, if you stand up the Phoenix (you claim a ticket and do not attend) you will not get another date with the Phoenix.

There is limited seating available at Phoenix. Seating will be offered on a first in, first served basis. There is ample standing room available for guests.

You may be photographed or filmed during the performance. By attending the event you consent to your image or likeness being used in any way Phoenix sees fit, in perpetuity.

No food or drink is permitted inside the Phoenix.

If it's raining, you'll need to leave your umbrella/raincoat outside.

Keep in mind, Phoenix has a "No Dickhead" policy - if you act inappropriately you will be plucked from the nest and escorted off the premises.
