Event description

Opera Otago presents “Intimate opera” with a trio of internationally renowned artists at The Dunedin Club.

Stephen Chambers (tenor),Robert Tucker(baritone) and Rebecca Ryan(soprano) will delight and entertain with their selections of popular operatic favourites accompanied by Tom McGrath on the piano.

A light afternoon tea will be served after intermission

All tickets $60

Seating is limited and bookings need to be placed by July 24th.

Opera Otago is proud to be New Zealand’s longest running opera company, producing opera for over 60 years! We aim to present two productions per year, a large-scale production and a production aimed at children, with workshops and tours of the region where time and resources permit. Our Executive Committee is made up of several enthusiastic and talented individuals with a broad range of experience and knowledge that we utilise in running the company. As a not-for-profit volunteer organisation, Opera Otago relies on grants from local and national businesses and trusts to support it. We also rely on individual supporters who make up our audience, our membership base, and who can donate to help us to maintain a quality home of Opera in the South of New Zealand.
