THE JOURNEY

6:00pm Event Arrival - Arrive promptly at 6pm to enjoy the essence of the venue, which will have been pre-cleansed of any negative energy using five-element healing practices. Settle into the beautiful, safe space at Payapa Yoga Studio, ready for an evening of profound healing and transformation. (Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than start time)

6:00pm – Welcome and Introduction by your host and facilitator, Hale Oney, founder of Blessed Blue.

6:15pm – Breathwork session commences. Adam Hubbard, founder of Beneath the Surface will guide you through a powerful 9D breathwork journey as we activate our highest vibrations using the therapy of breath. Prepare to be transformed by Adam Hubbard, one of our elite facilitators at the Into the Blue Retreat. With a commanding presence and unparalleled expertise, Adam will lead you through an electrifying 1.5-hour 9D Breathwork Immersion. This isn't just a breathwork session, it is a journey into the heart of your being. Surrender to the intensity, embrace the power, and let Adam guide you through a potent breathwork experience that will ignite your spirit and elevate your soul.

You will be provided with headsets and eye masks for the breathwork immersion. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear warm clothing, including socks and a towel, to ensure your comfort throughout the experience.

7:15pm – Breathwork circle debrief.

7:45pm – Short break for refreshments.

8:00pm – Sacred Traditional Cacao Ceremony using the finest cacao from Immortal Cacao brand sourced from Peru.

In this deeply nourishing ceremony, Vanessa will guide you through a sacred cacao experience like no other. Hand crafted cacao prepared in-house sourced from Immortal Cacao with origins from the lands of Peru, blended with the magical ingredients of blue lotus and other five element enhancing ingredients.

Vanessa will begin by explaining the significance and properties of each ingredient, helping you connect with the spirit of the cacao. She will then lead you into setting your intentions, creating a powerful, personalised ritual for your energy healing journey.

This ceremony is designed to open your heart and elevate your soul, allowing you to dive deep into your inner world and amplify your breathwork and healing with the support of this sacred elixir. High in magnesium and other nutrients to enhance your breathwork experience and nurture relaxation and healing.

8:30pm – Experience a profound energy and sound healing session led by Hale Oney, a practitioner of Feng Shui and Vanessa, sound healing facilitator. Gather in a circle as Hale performs a sacred five-element energy healing on the collective. Using a combination of ancient evil eye metal pouring, Hale will neutralise your energy from any trauma, self-sabotage, negative energy, envy, and anything weighing you and your relationships down from thriving.

The energy healing session will include music, smoke, sound, and evil eye healing methods.

9:15pm - As the evening settles, prepare to deepen your breathwork and healing experience with soothing, ambient music that will guide you into a serene state and break for refreshments. Let the tranquil vibes of the evening carry you into a relaxed state. Embrace this moment to integrate your experiences and set powerful intentions for your journey ahead.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR RETREAT

To make the most of your retreat experience, I recommend starting your day with a healthy and hearty breakfast and lunch. Setting powerful intentions for the evening ahead will help you fully engage in the transformative journey.

It’s important to drink good quality water throughout the day, during and after the event. Staying hydrated will not only keep you comfortable but also aid in eliminating any negative energy from your body. While it is always best to consult with a medical professional, it is often suggested to fast after your breathwork and healing sessions. Avoiding heavy dinners or large meals can enhance the benefits of the retreat. We will provide light refreshments to keep you nourished throughout the evening.
