Into the Canvas of Time

Inspired by The Classic of Mountains and Seas, Into the Canvas of Time invites participants to explore cultural stories through movement and colours. Drawing on principles of Chinese classical dance (influenced by Tai Chi) and incorporating visual art, the artists of One & Only? will guide participants through ancient myths and landscapes, fostering a connection with these stories through movement and colouring exercises. 

No prior dance or artistic experience required—just bring an open mind! 

About the artists/collective: Co-tempORaRY Dance is a collective of Chinese diaspora artists. Rooted in both tradition and innovation, they explore movement as a way to share their stories—honest, fleeting, and ever-evolving. The artists: Jiawen Feng (Wendy), Coco Li, Freddie Chen, Tien Mang Wong Collaborator: Jiaxin Shi (Lala)
