Breathwork: Is a great Metaphor for life

Do “the work” on the inhale and then let go of the results (exhale)

- Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a therapeutic modality. Believe me when I say - No one wants to breathe like this all the time. It is for a time and a purpose. Unlike hyperventilation in which the person may be completely unconscious of their fast and shallow breath patterns, Conscious Breathing gives people an opportunity to explore the WHY behind their troublesome symptoms, emotional dysregulation and breathing habits.

FOLLOW ME DOWN THIS ENCHANTED PATH

For one moment let's just stop the narrative of current circumstances.

Join me for a small moment to hit the reset button. In a place away from all the "noise", MSM rhetoric and chaos. Causing society as a hole a great deal of stress and anxiety.

Come and join me for a week DETACHED from phones, TV and the drama of life. Come and join me and like minded individuals in a quest to discover you most authentic self. A journey back to nature and your natural state of flow.

Scientists have shown that both meditation and breath work can allow us to undergo a radical mental and physical transformation.

These practices can help clear the mind, and eliminate the constant chatter of the subconscious mind, bringing you health, happiness, focus and purpose.

And you can begin that journey towards a transformed Life today, by using the secret methods that I uncovered during my study.

This is not your typical breath work or meditation.

These methods will teach you to make deep, healthy breathing your default.

Allowing you to experience mental clarity outside of your breath work and meditation sessions.

When you surrender to your own breath - you open the door way to altered states of consciousness, empowerment, healing and enlightenment. When you breath with me - I encourage your to give yourself permission to access a higher level of self-awareness and divine alignment.

A real heart opening and awakening.
