Allan Eccles, Head Chef of Melbourne’s iconic Cumulus Inc. joins forces with Moonlit Forest Wines, to bring you a food and wine experience for the senses.

A taste of the five course menu - Tuna and tomato crudo, smoked cream, pine nuts and lovage, Wood fire Ramarro farm peppers, macadamia, green romesco, Pork Scotch with puntarelle, capers and anchovy, the Cumulus Inc. Signature Wild Weed Pie will feature, and Dry aged duck, grilled grapes, white polenta, radicchio salad, Almond torte and Stone & Crow cheese to finish, all paired with Jayden Ong's avant-garde range of wines - Moonlit Forest.
