Into the Light – A Summer Gathering invites you to welcome the new year with intention and presence. As the sun dips low and golden light fills the hedge-lined amphitheatre, we’ll move through a grounding outdoor yoga practice designed to support clarity, calm, and connection.

As twilight settles in, we’ll flow into a silent moving meditation — a gentle, embodied ritual to honour your own intentions for the year ahead. No words, just breath and movement shared in sacred stillness.

Afterwards, we’ll gather on the deck for a relaxed summer meal — think nourishing seasonal food, a cool drink in hand, and the kind of warm, uplifting conversation that makes you feel deeply connected to yourself and others.
