Event description

“The shadow is not a bad thing, but the place where our light has not yet reached. To embrace it is to embrace the wholeness of who we are."

Shadow work is a transformative journey of self-discovery, inviting us to explore the hidden parts of ourselves—those aspects of our being that we may tend to repress or overlook, such as our fears, insecurities, and unspoken desires. This process, rooted in the wisdom of Carl Jung, is a gentle yet powerful way to heal and embrace our whole selves with compassion and love.

Winter, with its quiet and introspective energy, offers the perfect setting for shadow work. The season invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reflect on our inner worlds. The stillness of winter provides a nurturing space for personal growth, healing, and transformation.

In the peaceful solitude of winter, we can reconnect with the deepest parts of ourselves, rediscovering dreams, passions, and desires that may have been forgotten. Shadow work illuminates the parts of us that need attention, guiding us toward a deeper understanding of what truly matters.

What to Expect:
  • This intimate workshop will be a cozy and nurturing space for exploration, with only 10 spots available to ensure each woman feels safely supported. Together, we will explore the what, why, and how of shadow work and its unique benefits during the winter season.
  • To create a comfortable and nurturing environment, please bring your own blankets, bolsters, and pillows. While we will provide mats and blankets, many women find that their personal comfort items make the experience even more cozy and supportive.
  • You may also want to bring a journal or notebook along with something to write or draw with, as the experiences during our time together can be profound and worth documenting for future reflection. Feel free to bring any crystals or natural items that will help enhance the sense of safety, warmth, and sacredness in our space. Herbal hot tea will be provided to further nurture you during our time together.

Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot soon. Personal Investment of $50.00

This winter, let’s honor the season’s quiet wisdom and embrace the transformative power of shadow work together in a supportive, intimate, and nurturing space. We look forward to welcoming you on this sacred journey of self-discovery and healing.

Remember, this is a small, intimate gathering with only 10 spots, so please be sure to reserve your place soon to ensure you don’t miss out on this deeply healing experience.
