Introduction to Leadership is a practical one-day program for people stepping into leadership (formally or informally) who want a clear foundation. The program introduces core leadership practices that can be sustained over time, including reflection routines, relationship practices that build trust, and in-the-moment tools that improve decision-making and communication.

Two-day pathway option

This program can be taken as part of a two-day pathway with Introduction to Management. It suits people who want a cohesive foundation that moves from leading self to leading people and work.

• Hobart pathway: Thursday 29 October (Leadership) + Friday 30 October (Management)

Registration includes one full-day workshop, materials and catering.

This program is priced at $595 incl. GST, with an early-bird rate of $495 when booked at least three weeks in advance.

*Concession rates are offered to Tasmanian Leaders Financial Members and group bookings of 3+ participants.

Keystone Training Rebate

Eligible employers in the building and construction industry may be able to claim back up to 80% of the cost of this workshop through the Keystone Training Rebate Program.

Participants enrol and pay Tasmanian Leaders directly. If eligible, employers can then apply to Keystone for the rebate.
