Introduction to Management is a practical one-day program for new and aspiring managers. It focuses on tools that support team alignment and delivery, and it builds core coaching skills so managers can develop others over time.

Two-day pathway option
This program can be taken as part of a two-day pathway with Introduction to Leadership. It suits people who want a cohesive foundation that moves from leading self to leading people and work.
Launceston pathway: Thursday 25 June (Leadership) + Friday 26 June (Management)
Hobart pathway: Thursday 29 October (Leadership) + Friday 30 October (Management)
Registration includes one full-day workshop, materials and catering.
This program is priced at $595 incl. GST, with an early-bird rate of $495 when booked at least three weeks in advance.
*Concession rates are offered to Tasmanian Leaders Financial Members and group bookings of 3+ participants.
Keystone Training Rebate
Eligible employers in the building and construction industry may be able to claim back up to 80% of the cost of this workshop through the Keystone Training Rebate Program.
Participants enrol and pay Tasmanian Leaders directly. If eligible, employers can then apply to Keystone for the rebate.
