Intro to using Change Design Principles to shape human experiences - A

People 'experience' changing. Experiences can be thoughtfully designed. The Questo Change Design Principle Cards are a tool for designing human experiences. These may be experiences for a team; or experiences for others whom you are guiding through organisational changes.

In an interactive online session, Helen Palmer (Founder of Questo, Creator of the Principle cards) will explain a bit of theory behind using Change Design Principles, and playfully guide you in applying the principles on real scenarios - which means using an actual set of the cards.

Watch, learn, do and ask lots of questions. Bring your curiosity, optimism and imaginative sensibilities to the session. It will be enlightening and entertaining!

• You need to have a set of CDP cards to take part in this event. If you don't yet have a set, purchase here.

• No prior knowledge is expected or assumed in this introductory class. 

• It won't be a 'webinar', you'll being talking to and seen by other participants. 

• This is live real-time session. Any recording will only be available to those who actually participated.

• You'll need to be sitting somewhere with space in front of you to work with the cards. 

• We'll start the session right on time, so be sure to sign-on at least 5 minutes before start-time.
