Open the doorway into women’s embodiment through Hula Hoop dance!

Women have gathered in circles for centuries,

But have you moved, swirled, danced within one?

We start and end sitting in a circle for coherence and grounding

Be guided in the space in between to explore movement that feels nourishing to your female physiology and how your body is designed to move!

No hoop experience necessary, this is a non-rigid ~ multilayered approach to exploring movement with meaningful layers, with a hoop as a tool or KEY to unlock:

-            New levels of awareness & confidence to feel more FLOW in your life

Beginner Hoops provided for duration of workshop.

Please bring:
- a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on at the start and end of our moving women’s circle
- water
- open mind & Heart to try something new
- wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, avoid wearing anything too slippery or oversized/ baggy as it will make hooping very difficult!
- socks or barefoot inside. If you need to wear shoes, please ensure they are clean
- your own hoop if you have one and prefer to deepen your relationship with it

Facilitated By:
Carlyn Hollingsworth, known artistically as Carlyn Creatress, is a Self-Expression Enthusiast. She is a Women’s Embodiment Facilitator, Ecstatic Dance DJ and Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy Coach who specializes in creating immersive experiences for women to connect back into their Aliveness. Carlyn is a trained Tigress® Method facilitator and holds a Diploma of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Her joyful and deep approach to movement and wellness, beyond survival state, inspires women to connect to their inner muse and lead their lives with their Heart first.

Carlyn has been a performing artist since 2018 and has most notably featured at Seven Sisters Festival in a Fire Act duo as well as Ecstatic Dance DJ, as well as the ‘Blue Lemurian Starseed’ on stage with Deya Dova for her Bird Tribe Tour in Cairns. Her most recent Ecstatic Dance DJ tour ‘Come Dance with Me’ in March 2026, had her dancing across SA, VIC, NSW.

Carlyn has been facilitating a range of offerings like Hoops dance workshops & classes, Tigress® Yoga workshop & series and guiding Ecstatic Dances ongoingly in succession since 2019. At the Heart of all she offers is the opportunity to get curious in how your body wants to move and express!
