Intro to Impro (Wednesdays) | Term 5 | On The Fly Impro

Want to improve your public speaking skills or feel more comfortable when put on the spot? Is there a performer inside you, dying to get out? Are you an actor looking to develop your improvisation skills?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, or you just want to have a truckload of fun, improvisation is for you!

Improvisation has been made popular by television shows such as Thank God You’re Here, Middleditch & Schwartz and Whose Line is it Anyway?, and now you can join On the Fly’s experienced faculty to explore its core concepts over seven weeks, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

On the Fly is South Australia's leading improvisational training organisation.

Prerequisites

None. This course is intended to be taken by participants brand new to improvisation. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so as to facilitate movement. Our classes involve verbal communication and physical movement, and participants are encouraged to participate to whatever extent their comfort permits. Ticketing Information

On The Fly recommends participants enrol in the whole term of classes to receive the full experience: each week builds on those preceding to teach a complete curriculum. Tickets for individual classes will be made available near the start of term.

Concession prices are available to individuals who are on a low income. For example: full-time students, government-issued health care card holders, people who are unemployed, pensioners, and seniors card holders. On the Fly Impro does not require proof of concession.
