Intro to Linocut Printmaking

Level: Beginner 

In this hands-on workshop, learn how to design, carve and print an ‘ezy carve’ lino block by hand. You will take home a lino block, a set of carving tools, a collection of prints on paper, and the skills to continue carving and printing at home. All printmaking materials included in the cost of the workshop. 

Please bring: 

• Apron/Protective shirt or wear clothing appropriate for an art workshop

• A folder or bag to take prints home in (newsprint provided for interleaving)

• Gloves to prevent inky fingers

• Pen, pencil, eraser, note book for drawing & note taking, any other additional stationary items that you may require
