I’m Sean Rigelsford, a movement therapist, healer, and martial artist with nearly two decades of experience in personal training, physical rehabilitation, and holistic healing. My journey includes 17 years of training under a Sifu, which lead to recognition as a Qigong master. However, Taichi is a lifelong practice, one we refine continuously on the path to being awakened.

My ability to heal has been tried and tested—not just in theory, but in practice. Over the years, I’ve had to put myself back together after injuries sustained through rugby, surfing, snowboarding, and more. I don’t just teach healing techniques—I share them from experience, knowing firsthand what it takes to rebuild strength, stability, and resilience.

Alongside my martial arts training, I hold qualifications in:

✔️ Personal Training – Certificate III, IV & Diploma

✔️ Vinyasa Yoga – Breath and movement integration

✔️ Massage & Dry Needling Therapy – Releasing pain and restoring balance
