Frequently asked questions

What should I bring to the workshop?

Comfortable clothing, a notepad, and a pen (for journaling and taking notes, very much recommended!). Bringing a curious and open mind is also very beneficial :) Optional to bring a yoga mat. An email with more details about the program will be sent to your email after booking your ticket(s).

Is this a religious event?

No. It is a mindful event, spiritually oriented, which means exploring aspects other than materialism. That includes subjects of the unconscious mind, archetypes, and subtle communication that happens everywhere all the time, but most of us aren't aware of.

Is the workshop indoors or outdoors?

The event will be held indoors, in a yoga wellness room. The space has private kitchen, reception and amenities.

Is there parking on-site?

There are parking slots available on the property, as well as free parking at the multilevel car park located just across the road.
