A fun and energising workshop exploring the foundations of engaging and dynamic performance

Together we will look at;

• The different levels of performance energy
• How to listen to our impulses, as well as to the other people we are working with (the ensemble)
• How to move onstage in ways that are expressive 
• How to develop our ‘stage voice’ so that we can communicate with confidence and ease
• How to be brave and take risks in making creative offers
• How we can work together to create magic!
