Description
Intro to Submission
What does it actually mean to submit?
Submission is often misunderstood as giving up power, when in reality it's about choosing how to offer it. Whether you're curious about service, protocol, power exchange, or simply want to understand why submission appeals to so many people, this workshop provides a thoughtful introduction to the mindset and practice of being a submissive.
Together we'll explore common myths about submission, the different ways it can be expressed, how to identify your own desires and boundaries, and the communication skills that create healthy, fulfilling power exchange. We'll also discuss consent, negotiation, aftercare, and how to recognize the difference between intentional authority and unhealthy dynamics.
This class is designed for beginners, the BDSM-curious, and anyone considering exploring their submissive side. No experience is necessary—just curiosity and an open mind.
You'll learn:
What submission is (and what it isn't)
Different styles and expressions of submission
How to identify your needs, limits, and motivations
Communication and negotiation fundamentals
Consent, boundaries, and aftercare
Finding confidence in your own submissive identity
