Intro to Therapeutic Flying (Acro Yoga) Workshop

Join Alicia, Lydia, Dave & Kerryn for a rejuvenating and fun intro to Therapeutic Flying Acro Yoga Workshop at the scenic Goowla Scout Hall in South Australia.

This 1.5-hour session, taking place on Sunday, April 28th, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and offers a unique opportunity to explore the realms of acro yoga fused with therapeutic stretching and massage techniques.

This workshop is designed for participants of all levels, whether you're a seasoned or a newcomer to the practice. Throughout the session, you'll be guided through a series of gentle warm-ups, stretches, and partner-based acro yoga poses, allowing you to experience the exhilaration of flight in a safe and supportive environment.

By harnessing the simple power of gravity and the support of your fellow participants, you'll learn to trust, communicate, and connect on a deeper level, while also getting a workout.

Stay after from 12:30-1:30 for a BYO a lunch to share as we fellowship together
