The Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Intro Workshop is a professional training designed for yoga teachers, mental health care professionals, health care providers, body and breath workers, dance facilitators, educators, and those who are interested in growing their understanding of complexities of systemic and interpersonal trauma, the body-mind connection through exploring the impacts on one’s nervous system and physiology, and how a trauma sensitive movement and breath practice could support healing.

This is an introductory workshop, providing participants with initial concepts to apply a trauma informed lens, supporting a brave space for those you serve.  This workshop is a great lead into the 20-hr Online TCTSY Foundational Training taking place April 4-6, 2025 if you want to keep learning, which is a pre-requisite for the 300-hr Certification.
