Introducing MOST and Right Start

Jessica Allen, Clinical Implementation Lead at Orygen, will introduce MOST, Orygen Digital’s free mental health app, that is now available to all international students.  MOST is a safe online mental health support service offering self-directed therapy, safe, moderated online forums, peer workers, careers counselling and one-on-one professional support, to help navigate life’s ups and downs. 

Gabriel Dain, Operations Manager at the Migrant Workers Centre, will discuss Right Start, a program delivering Free Employment Consultations to international students, 5 days a week, at the Study Melbourne Hub. Right Start helps with questions about working in Victoria, such as pre-employment paperwork, resumes, cover letters, interview preparation and job searching.
