🌟 THE ALCHEMY OF WELLBEING + REINVENTION 🌟
Introductory Yoga & Meditation Workshop | Elwood

You’ve made it through the fire — now it’s time to rise.

This one-off workshop is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and step into a new chapter with clarity and intention. Whether you're emerging from burnout, navigating life after divorce or other similar 'life quake', or simply craving more meaning in your physical practice, this workshop is designed to stir your soul.

In this soulful 2-hour introduction to our upcoming 4-part series, you’ll begin the exploration of:

✨ A grounding blend of Hatha Yoga and flowing Qi Gong
✨ Guided meditation to reconnect with your inner landscape
✨ Reflective practices to plant the seeds of personal reinvention
✨ A taste of the four powerful archetypes we’ll explore more deeply in the series:

  🛡️ The Warrior
  📚 The Teacher
  💫 The Healer
  🌠 The Visionary.

These timeless patterns live within us all - and when balanced, they support meaning, focus, and our ability to live with authenticity.

Relax your body, settle your mind, and reawaken what's been calling to you.

This is where movement + meaning meet, and where your next chapter begins.

Please note: The yoga space is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful heritage building with stair-only access.

Asana is movement. Yoga is life.

Let’s begin.
