I truly believe it saved my life and I love how I can utilise this ancient wisdom to help my clients, and myself, balance through our cycles and the seasons.

Ayurveda holds me in centre and helps keep my body and mind going when real life happens. It is what I turn to when we feel an illness coming on, or to nurse ourselves through those times and it is what I utilise to help settle my mind and body when I'm anxious or wired.
