Through the ancient healing system of Ayurveda and her devotion to the practice of yoga, Victoria seeks to help her clients to find their own healing path. This event will introduce you to the healing properties of living a holistic lifestyle through the practices of Ayurvedic medicine. Rooted in the principles of balance and harmony, Ayurveda emphasizes the interconnection between the mind, body, and spirit. India's traditional naturopathic healing system, Ayurveda is intricately woven into its rich cultural fabric with a strong emphasis on diet and nutrition enhanced by the use of particular herbs, spices and healthy routines. Ayurveda, a sacred blend of two root words in Sanskrit, Ayus; meaning "life," and Veda: meaning “science; knowledge of," embodies the essence of life's wisdom.
