In this Workshop we explore the world of biodynamics and how this differs from traditional gardening techniques.
We delve into the background and creation of biodynamics and salute its creator, Rudolph Steiner. We look at how gardening using biodynamic principles can be beneficial for your health and the health of the planet. We dispel some myths and create a few more. We also look at how the moon and the planets influence your garden.
This is a hands-on workshop. We look at the various preparations you can use when gardening with biodynamics. We make a number of the preparations including horn manure, cow pat pit and biodynamic tree paste.
We practice using biodynamic preparations including horn manure, horn silica and weed and insect peppers.
At the end of the workshop you will take home some tree paste, cow pat pit and weed peppers to practice in your garden.
