Embarking on birth, labour and parenthood can be incredibly daunting. There is so much information out there and it’s hard to know where to start.
Join me at Marou-Home for my birth and parenting education classes, where I'll guide you through every step of the way over our 2 days together.
As an experienced doula and birth educator, I'm here to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate this exciting (yet understandably sometimes daunting) experience.
Together, we'll explore the stages of labour, discuss when it's time to go to hospital, and delve into pain management methods for both at-home and hospital settings. From hands on natural techniques to medical interventions, I'll provide comprehensive information on the risks and benefits, ensuring you feel informed and empowered to make the best decisions for you and your baby.
The intention of this course is to educate you in birth and also dive into the early stages of parenthood.
My hope is this class will offer more than just information—it will provide a supportive community where you can connect with other expectant parents, & share experiences.
