Introduction to Chakras

An Ancient Energy Map for Modern Self-Discovery

Have you ever been curious about chakras and what they might teach us about ourselves?

Join Tracy from Love & Believe Holistic Healing for a gentle, beginner-friendly workshop exploring the seven chakras and their traditional connections to different aspects of our lives.

Chakras have been part of ancient spiritual traditions for centuries. In this workshop, we'll explore them as a framework for personal reflection, helping us consider themes such as safety, creativity, confidence, connection, communication and self-awareness.

What to expect

During our two hours together, you'll enjoy:

A simple introduction to the seven chakras and their traditional meanings
Gentle opportunities for personal reflection and self-discovery
Practical mindfulness activities you can explore in everyday life
A relaxing guided meditation accompanied by soothing sounds
Time for questions, reflection and connection

This is an opportunity to slow down, explore something new and perhaps discover a little more about yourself along the way.

No previous knowledge or experience is needed. You are welcome to participate at your own pace, and sharing is always optional.

What to bring

Just yourself, comfortable clothing and an open mind. You may also like to bring a notebook for personal reflections.
