In collaboration, ensuring that all voices are heard inevitably means there will be diversity, tension and conflict. Lewis Deep Democracy is a powerful yet easy-to-learn methodology used globally in organisations and collaborations. This methodology gives you unique tools to safely enable people to lean in and resolve tension in a manner that ensures personal and transformational growth.

Embedded throughout CFI’s collaborative processes, the principles and practice of Lewis Deep Democracy provide confidence and skills to know how to work with challenging dynamics in collaborations.

This 3-day online course, led by Myrna Lewis the Founder of the methodology, will help you develop further insights into yourself, your colleagues, the communities you serve and broader world issues. You will feel better equipped to deal with the resistance when it arises; provide you with methods, tools and processes to make collaboration more inclusive. You will be equipped with unique skills and techniques to work productively with tension and conflict when it arises.

Who is it for?

Senior/Middle managers in organisations and collaborations e.g. Collaboration backbones, community, government and organisational leaders, facilitators, convenors, consultants, and practitioners in collaboration and systems change.

When?

This online workshop series will comprise of 3 x full-day (6hr) sessions in November 2022. Each day will have a 2-hour break between 12 and 2 pm.

After the program, there will be an option for participants to become Accredited Facilitators. As part of this accreditation, you will receive ongoing online support and supervision.
