Attendees who no-show or cancel within 24 hours of the workshop without reasonable explanation will not be rescheduled. This training is offered free-of-charge by the Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group and the workshop is run based on participant numbers reaching viable levels to sustain the free-of-charge model. Where the workshop is cancelled by the Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group due to low participant numbers, all registered participants will be rescheduled.
