An Introduction to Human-Centred Design
Event description
Delivered by the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business, An Introduction to Human-Centred Design provides Queensland Government employees an introduction to human-centred design and provides a baseline understanding of a methodology to co-design modern, user-centred government products and services.
Throughout the workshop you will learn about the different stages and tools used in the design process, such as user research, prototyping and testing. And learn the principles and practices of human-centred design and how to apply them to public sector projects through a real life design challenge.Â
This free workshop is in-person, and available only to employees of the Queensland Government. A Queensland Government email address is required for registration.Â
If you have missed out on a ticket and have a group of employees interested in building skills in human-centred design, we can arrange an in-house workshop. To find out more please contact us at hcd@chde.qld.gov.au Â
