An Introduction to Human-Centred Design

Delivered by the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business, An Introduction to Human-Centred Design provides Queensland Government employees the skills, tools and techniques to design improved and modern Queensland Government services with the people they are intended for.

This free workshop is in-person, and available only to employees of the Queensland Government. A Queensland Government email address is required for registration.
