Use these techniques to work out which bread to buy in the Supermarket, what food gave a upset tummy, how many coffees can you have in a day before it depletes your energy.
Use it to stop anyone from draining your energy and also to increase your energy.

No prior experience necessary.

It is easy to learn and can be used amongst family and friends.

This 3hr Workshop is an introduction to the Touch For Health Synthesis which gives a TFH Kinesiology Certification.
The next Level 1 class begins September 11/12, 2023.The workshop is open to everyone, you do not need to be enrolled in the Touch for Health Synthesis to do this workshop.
