Introduction to Kitchen Herbalism
Event description
Join Malcolm from Ligaya Garden for a relaxed, hands-on workshop that explores the basics of kitchen herbalism.
If you can make a cup of tea, you can be a herbalist.
This beginner friendly workshop is all about learning the basics to get you started with kitchen herbalism. Together, we’ll explore how to prepare simple teas and infusions using every day herbs that you probably already have at home.
We’ll cover practical techniques that you can easily replicate yourself, focusing on accessible ingredients and uncomplicated methods. You’ll also get an introduction to some of the traditions and benefits of using common herbs for health and wellbeing.
Date: Saturday 6th December
