People are loving our introduction to printmaking classes held once a month.

In this three-hour workshop, students will learn the fundamental skills needed to create a single colour lino print. Through expert instruction and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to handle carving tools safely and gain an understanding of the linocut process, while learning how to use a printing press.

Whether you are a beginner or looking to brush up on your printmaking skills, this class offers one-to-one tuition in a small group setting.

Tutor Cecilia Jacobs is a visual artist specialising in printmaking. Cecilia's process-based prints navigate a space between nature and abstraction, as she uses printmaking as a vital tool for her practice.

If you are interested in continuing to expand your skills in lino printing, you can join Cecilia in a six-week lino printing course starting Wednesday 19th February.
