Discover the fascinating world of microtonal music in this engaging 90-minute introductory class, designed for musicians, composers, and enthusiasts curious about expanding their musical horizons. Microtonal music breaks away from the conventional 12-tone equal temperament system to explore the infinite possibilities of pitches between the standard notes of the Western scale. Bring a laptop as we will explore some free and open source tools for exploring. 


This event will be held at our classroom space, located at 616 NW 53rd St. Seattle, WA 98107.
